Our current service offers our customers an easy and comfortable introduction to ordering
publications from Greece. Focussed, up-to-date information and smooth functioning of
procedures are basic prerequisites.

- permission to return can be given after prior consultation
- damaged or faulty deliveries that can be attributed to us have right of return without prior consultation
- Approval Plans automatically include right of return
- damaged books can always be exchanged
- Prices
- the price is moderately above the Greek publisher’s price
- prices are given in euro
- only European libraries with an international identity number (VAT no.) and non-European libraries will be supplied tax-free
- German libraries are subject to the statutory value added tax
- Delivery
- deliveries are sent from Munich, Germany and are liable to costs
- within Europe, consignments are sent per carrier by the less expensive overland method
- for deliveries outside Europe, overland or airmail can be chosen
- compared with the rest of Europe, delivery costs will be seen to be quite reasonable
- maximum weight for one consignment is 30 kg
- Invoices
- the invoicing method adheres to the norm for international libraries
- invoices are enclosed in the shipment in duplicate
- delivery costs are listed at the end of the invoice
- Payment
- libraries and institutions can pay into one of our bank accounts in Germany
or by check
